The Environmental Diplomatic Leader (EDL) program is to establish a new innovative educational/ training center at the University of Tsukuba with aims to produce "environmental diplomatic leaders.” It offers students not only pre-existing courses for M.A. (in Environmental Studies) and Ph.D. degrees (in Sustainable Environmental Studies) but also new ones that are collaboratively taught by faculty members at various research institutions in Tsukuba science city, University of Tsukuba’s research institutions overseas, and affiliated institutions.
Those who are interested in this program are able to apply, enroll, and complete their degrees in English with environmental diplomatic leader certificate. With this certificate, you will pride yourself as the “new environmental leader” from Tsukuba and actively engage in international negotiations on the frontline!
